Husqvarna Automower® 580L EPOS® – a high-performance robotic mower for commercial turf care, designed specifically for the precise mowing required on golf courses. The mower meets the highest demands of mowing frequency and turf quality, and the powerful cutting motor, ensures optimal cutting results down to 10 mm, even in areas with intensive fertilizing and strong grass growth. The satellite-based Husqvarna EPOS® utilizes RTK GNSS navigation allowing you to customize different work areas and set temporary stay-out zones. Additionally, EPOS® will facilitate deep soil aeration and turf renovation work without the risk of downtime. For added durability, this model features rubber elements designed to minimize damage from direct hits by golf balls. It is also equipped with active wheel brushes for optimized traction. EPOS® RS5 Reference Station is required.

Husqvarna EPOS® wire-free Technology
Virtual, wire-free operation through satellite based RTK-GNSS technology, enables an accuracy down to approximately 2cm. The absence of physical wires implies a new level of robustness and flexibility, permitting regular deep aeration and turf repair without jeopardizing the function of the robot installation.
Selectable mowing pattern
Improve the visual impression of the turf by changing the mowing pattern. With EPOS® technology, the mower can run in parallel lines and create a variety of patterns, such as diamonds, triangles and checkerboard.
Warning lights
Warning lights with pulsating or solid light to create awareness during operation at night. Reduces the risk of accidents in public work environments.
appDrive – operate by remote
Through the Automower® Connect app, the appDrive feature makes moving the product during installations and between facilities effortless without any strenuous and unnecessary lifting of the mower.
Floating cutting system
Spring-loaded cutting system that flexibly adapts to the contour and unevenness of the ground surface, ensuring optimal cutting results. Typical of Husqvarna, the robust cutting disc system is equipped with sharp, razor-like blades made of strong carbon steel, providing an exceptional cutting performance and extremely low energy consumption.
Maintenance point
Designate a maintenance point on the map where the mower can automatically park on command to await service, cleaning, loading, or storage. The body’s rubber support ensures a stable upside-down position for non-slip transport and storage to preventing scratches and damage while also facilitating easier maintenance on hard surfaces.
Automower® Connect App
The Automower® Connect app offers the ability to fully control the mower and customize schedules, cut heights and patterns. The electric cutting height feature allows you to change the cut height and the remote start feature allows you to start or stop the mower whenever necessary.
Husqvarna Fleet Services™
Husqvarna Fleet Services™ gives you full control of the mower with the possibility to monitor, control and analyze your entire fleet of products from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. You can overview the status and exact location, command them to start/stop or group-command them to park at storm warnings or in case of thunder. Settings and cutting heights are adjusted easily. Receive alarms and track the mower’s position in case of theft – from everywhere.

Quick release cutting disc
Quick-release cutting disc with 1-bolt attachment for fast, easy replacement. Using an extra cutting disc, you can prepare blade changes in advance to minimise maintenance and down time.
Object avoidance by radar
Built-in sensors using radar technology assists the mower to detect objects, lowers the speed and avoid hard collisions.
Powerful cutting motor
Powerful 80W cutting motor with aluminum frame for increased robustness and cooling. The motor’s high torque ensures perfect cutting results and makes it especially suitable for sports and golf surfaces and with high-intensity grass growth.
Active wheel brushes
Wear-resistant rotating rear wheel brushes for improved traction and reduced maintenance. These brushes prevent grass build-up in the tire pattern, ensuring consistent performance.

180° Service Position
The body’s rubber support provides a stable upside-down position for non-slip transport and storage. The position also enables easier maintenance on hard surfaces without causing scratches and damage to the body.
IPX5 protected – hose washable
The product is waterproof (IPX5), which facilitates quick and easy cleaning of the outside and underside with a water hose. The removable top cover provides easy access to simplify regular maintenance.
Enhanced remote start options
Remotely restart a stopped robotic mower via the mobile app, saving time and effort. This feature is handy in case of unplanned stops caused by unauthorised interference, allowing you to quickly resume mowing without physically visiting the mower.
Dock by wire
Allows installation of the charging station in areas with no satellite coverage, using a local wire corridor. Gives full flexibility to hide away or protect the charging station under a roof or in a garage.
Customized work areas
The fully connected product provides an opportunity to individually customize each work area with a unique time schedule, cutting height and cutting pattern. Provides tailored care for a site with multiple scattered areas.
Temporary stay-out zones

5 blade cutting disc
The cutting discs on the commercial models, Automower 500-series and CEORA, are equipped with 5 Enhance HSS blades, which gives a higher cutting performance. More blades per disc gives a finer cut and extends the interval for blade changes.
FOTA – Firmware Over-The-Air
FOTA – a technology that enables the operators to perform upgrades of the firmware, via the Fleet Services app. The downloading is done remotely, without the need of physical intervention into the product, and enables new features and updates.
