Digital QS Mesh is a unique polyester silkscreen mesh with a thermal film precoated to the back of the mesh which keeps the screen tensioned at all times – on or off a frame.
This unique coating allows you to create screens on a desktop, in normal light conditions, without no solvents/ no chemical emulsions/ no screen coatings/ no drying/ no washouts – pretty much all that time consuming part of screen making is eliminated for you.
RISO Kagaku of Japan manufacture the unique thermal screen mesh for decades, the new generation is QS Digital Mesh suited for all RISO Digital models.
