Jacquard’s high-quality cotton sateen fabric sheets come pre-sensitized for cyanotype and ready to use, making sun printing easier than ever before. Just pull a sheet out of the package, place objects or film on top, expose to light, rinse and dry and you’ll have a rich, detailed print. When the cyanotype fabric is exposed to sunlight, a chemical reaction occurs. Follow instructions in package for sunlight exposure times, then wash under water to reveal the cyanotype print.
It is worth noting to test print first, as the Australian UV strength is far higher than the United States, so it is generally advised to leave it for a few minutes less than the pack says to avoid over exposure.
