Dry Felting needle tool is used for an easy and quicker dry felting technique. It can be used for 2D or 3D dry felting projects. With an up and down agitating action, the five barbed needles poke through the wool which causes the fibres to interlace and bond together. Use tool in an upright position, and “punch” over area until wool is felted and has bonded. This tool comes with a safety locking device.
