Dar Nofarim is a privately owned family company in the real estate development and construction sector, specializing in the construction of luxury towers, high-end residential complexes and neighborhoods, boutique buildings, high-rise complexes, and private homes. The company holds C5 “unrestricted” classification for residential construction.
Established in 1995, Dar Nofarim’s portfolio includes thousands of residential units that have been initiated and constructed across dozens of projects. Around 500 apartments are now under construction, with thousands more apartments currently in the planning stages. In the last three decades, Dar Nofarim has garnered an excellent reputation in Northern Israel. The Grand in Netanya is the inaugural project marking the company’s expansion into the Sharon region and towards Central Israel.
